4. Prohibited Activities
When using our Services, you agree NOT to engage in the following activities:
4.1 Illegal Activities
- Using our Services for any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Facilitating money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes
- Engaging in identity theft or impersonation
- Violating intellectual property rights of third parties
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
4.2 Harmful or Abusive Conduct

- Circumvention Research: Using our Services to develop methods to evade AI detection
- Competitive Intelligence: Reverse engineering our detection algorithms for competing products
4.5 Commercial Misuse
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing our Services without authorization
- Using our Services to provide competing AI detection services
- Scraping our data to build competing databases or models
- Using our branding, trademarks, or logos without permission
- Falsely implying endorsement or partnership with AI Detective
4.6 Token and Blockchain Misuse
- Manipulating $AID token markets through wash trading or pump-and-dump schemes
- Using multiple accounts to circumvent token-based feature limits
- Exploiting smart contract vulnerabilities
- Money laundering through token transactions
5. User Contributions
If you submit feedback, report content, or contribute data to our Services:
- You warrant that you have the right to share such content
- You will not submit false, misleading, or malicious reports
- You will not submit content that infringes third-party rights
- You understand that AI Detective may use contributions to improve our Services
6. Reporting Violations
If you believe someone is violating this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us:
We will investigate reports and take appropriate action. Note that we are not obligated to monitor all user activity but reserve the right to do so.
7. Consequences of Violations
If you violate this Acceptable Use Policy, we may, at our sole discretion:

- Permanent Termination: Permanently ban your account and revoke access
- Token Revocation: Revoke token-based benefits or entitlements
- Legal Action: Pursue civil or criminal legal remedies where appropriate
- Law Enforcement Referral: Report illegal activities to appropriate authorities
We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to protect our Services, users, and community.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AI Detective, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.
9. Disclaimer
AI Detective is under no obligation to monitor users' activities, and we disclaim any responsibility for any user's misuse of the Services. We have no responsibility for any user content or contributions created, maintained, stored, transmitted, or accessible on or through the Services, and are not obligated to monitor or exercise any editorial control over such material.
If AI Detective becomes aware that any content or activity violates this Policy, we may, in addition to removing such content and blocking your account, report such breach to law enforcement or appropriate regulatory authorities.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Policy on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Policy.
