No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
1. No Refunds Policy
By subscribing to AI Detective or purchasing any service, you agree that:
- All subscription payments are final and non-refundable
- No partial refunds for unused credits or time remaining
- Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund
- AI detection is probabilistic and NOT 100% accurate
- You accept the service "as-is" without guarantees
2. AID Token Purchases
All cryptocurrency/token purchases are final:
- AID tokens purchased via DEX are never refundable
- Blockchain transactions are immutable and cannot be reversed
- Token value may fluctuate - we are not responsible for losses
- AID is a utility token, not an investment or security
3. Subscription Cancellation
Cancellation Policy:
- All subscriptions are managed through Stripe, our payment processor
- To cancel, use the cancellation link in your Stripe receipt email or Stripe customer portal
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain full access until the billing period expires
- No refunds for remaining time
Please note: AI Detective does not directly manage subscription billing or cancellations. All payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We are unable to cancel subscriptions on your behalf.
4. Chargeback Warning
Initiating a chargeback will result in:
- Immediate and permanent account termination
- No access to service or data recovery
- Reporting to fraud prevention services
Contact support before disputing any charge with your bank.
