3.4 Cap on Liability

IF a court finds us liable despite these disclaimers:

Maximum Liability: Lesser of (a) $100 USD, or (b) amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim
Free Tier Users: $0.00 liability (you paid nothing, so no damages recoverable)
Token Holders: Liability capped at $0.00 (tokens purchased from DEX, not from us)

We are NOT responsible if you are scammed despite using our service

11. Content Uploaded Disclaimer

Regarding content you upload for detection:

You retain ownership but grant us license to process it
We may use uploaded content to improve AI models (anonymized)

We are NOT liable for copyright infringement in uploaded content
